Link Builder
Built an AI-driven autonomous web agent that observes, learns, and adapts in real-time to complete complex web tasks without predefined steps.
The Problem
Traditional web automation breaks when websites change. Scripts are brittle, require constant maintenance, and can't handle unexpected states. The client needed an agent that could navigate unfamiliar websites, make intelligent decisions, handle verification flows, and complete complex multi-step tasks autonomously.
The Solution
Built Link Builder with a three-layer service architecture: low-level infrastructure (Playwright browser control, Redis memory, AI model service), mid-level intelligence (observation service, human-like behavior, error recovery), and high-level decision-making (AI decision engine, task orchestration). The agent uses GPT to analyze each page, decide what to do next, and adapt when things go wrong, with no predefined workflows.
Key Features
- AI decision engine that figures out the path without predefined scripts
- Three-layer service architecture (infrastructure, intelligence, decision-making)
- Human-like interaction patterns to avoid bot detection
- Full verification stack: email (Google Workspace), phone (Twilio), 2FA, CAPTCHA
- Memory system (Redis + MongoDB) that learns from past actions, prevents redundant work
- Dynamic error recovery that adapts to unexpected states
The Result
An autonomous agent that handles complex web tasks humans used to spend hours on manually. Unlike traditional automation that breaks when sites update, this agent adapts in real-time, observing the page, deciding the next action, and recovering from failures without human intervention.
