Built an AI assistant with 77 conversational intents that replaced daily status meetings for agency teams.
The Problem
Agencies and consultancies were drowning in notification chaos: 50+ daily interruptions from PM tools, managers spending 3-5 hours/week just chasing status updates, and at-risk work going unnoticed until it became a crisis.
The Solution
Designed and built OpsPilot, an AI-powered project coordinator that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams. It uses a custom "Brain" architecture with GPT-4 to understand 77 different conversational intents: from "what should I work on?" to "mark the API task done" to "I'm blocked on X." A Priority Orchestration Engine maintains live priority stacks with intelligent scoring based on urgency, due dates, blocker impact, and staleness.
