Designed and built PeopleMetrics, a full enterprise survey and analytics platform from the ground up. NestJS backend with PostgreSQL for multi-tenant data isolation, Next.js frontend with TailwindCSS, Redis caching for real-time dashboard performance, and AI-powered analysis that turns open-ended survey responses into actionable insights.
